With over 15 years of business experience encompassing new business development, brand management, operations, and business strategy, Ms. Abrams bridges the gap between clients’ core business questions and market research findings to deliver actionable, practical answers. As MindClick’s thought leader, Ms. Abrams guides the continuous effort to maintain MindClick’s pioneering approach to integrating technology, creative, multi-media applications and research fundamentals.
Prior to founding MindClick, Ms. Abrams spent over ten years launching new businesses in the consumer products, retail (online and offline), and professional services industries. Ms. Abrams held executive positions in strategic marketing, new product development, and brand development for Nestle, Wolfgang Puck Food Company, and Taco Bell where her responsibilities included full P&L responsibility and oversight of business strategy, operations, finance, manufacturing and distribution.
As Brand Marketing executive for Nestle, Ms. Abrams’ launched Fresh Baked Nestle Toll House which led to increased revenues of 65% across the entire product category. Ms. Abrams’ initiatives with professional service firms in the interactive, legal and accounting industries included launching new revenue streams for Arthur Andersen, repositioning the largest mediation/arbitration firm in the legal industry to achieve significant profitability, and building an interactive web design agency to over $3MM in revenues in its first year. Ms. Abrams holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois.
