His vast experience in qualitative and quantitative research and in the pioneering of new research protocols and methodologies have made him a renowned specialist in applying the optimal research approach in order to answer client’s core business questions.

Burshek has been serving leading global consumer products, technology, financial services, professional services and multi-media companies for more than 20 years. Widely known as the founding father of internet-based consumer web site satisfaction and usability testing, he has also pioneered new intellectual advances in measuring commerce and advertising success, product/concept feasibility, and price elasticity to help corporations optimize product development, brand management, and capital expenditures.

As founder and CEO of The Arthur Group, Mr. Burshek created and developed the Customer Experience Success TM program and other breakthrough user feedback protocols, software tools and online testing methodologies. As principal and chief research officer of NetRaker, Inc., he created the NetRaker Index TM, the NetRaker Research Analyzer TM and other ASP research tools.
